1 – If you are Haitian-American or a dual citizen of any country whose citizens do not need a Dominican visa to travel there, you can travel to DR with your U.S. Passport or your other non-Haitian passport, no Dominican visa required.
2 – If you are U.S. Green Card holder then you will not need to have a Dominican Republic visa on your Haitian passport to travel there. Simply present your Green Card with your Haitian passport to the Dominican Immigration officer and you’re good to go.
3 – If your Haitian Passport has a valid US Visa in it, then you do not need a Dominican visa to travel to the Dominican Republic. A U.S. visa is green light to travel to DR as you please.
